Job Description
Salah Travels is seeking a dynamic and confident Travel Consultant with outstanding communication and sales skills. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, capable of serving international clients, and open to working night shifts. Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in sales or customer support is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements for Hajj & Umrah packages.
- Communicate professionally with clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Convert leads into successful sales through follow-ups and managing client relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong communication skills and fluent in English.
- Experience in sales or customer service preferred (minimum 3 months).
