Job Description
Samad Rubber Works (Pvt) Ltd is hiring a Farm Supervisor. Perform all farm tasks from sowing to cultivation, apply fertilizers and pesticides as required, operate tractors for harvesting, and report per-acre yields and any farm issues to senior management. Requirements: matriculation and intermediate education; 5–6 years of hands-on agricultural experience; ability to drive and operate a tractor.
