Job Description
Sameer Sain is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative for our men’s wear brand. You will handle customer communication on social media and messaging apps, manage online orders via Shopify, coordinate dispatching and tracking, and maintain accurate customer and order records. Ideal candidates have experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms, familiarity with social media, logistics coordination skills, and strong communication and organization. This in-person role offers Rs30,00–Rs50,00 per month.
