Job Description
Scalemill is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to oversee all hiring activities. This includes sourcing candidates, posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding processes.
Timings: 12 noon to 8:30 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Source candidates via job boards and social media
- Conduct interviews
- Communicate with candidates and HR
- Draft job offers
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, strong communication skills, and at least two years of relevant experience.
