Job Description
Scaleup Connect seeks a full-time, hybrid Customer Support Representative in Gulshan-e-Iqbal (Block 3), Karachi. Shift: 5:00 PM–2:00 AM, Mon–Fri. Responsibilities: handle inquiries and escalations, maintain engagement, follow checklists, coordinate with location owners, invoicing and ground teams, analyze feedback, and prepare basic reports. Requirements: 1–2 years in customer support, strong English, CRM and MS Office familiarity, multitasking, interpersonal skills, and an analytical mindset. Salary: PKR 60,00/month. Night-shift and stated salary acceptance required.
