Job Description

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift)

Job Purpose

Scaleup Connect is hiring on behalf of its client for an International Sales Specialist to drive outbound B2B sales with USA-based clients, focusing on closing high-value deals for digital services. This role is perfect for a results-oriented sales professional with a proven track record, who can independently manage the full sales cycle, build strong client relationships, and consistently exceed targets in a fast-paced international market. The position offers excellent growth opportunities and uncapped earning potential for top performers.

Key Responsibilities

• Cold call USA-based businesses across all states
• Identify decision-makers and qualify inbound and outbound leads
• Pitch and sell digital services, including Website Design & Development, Search Engine Optimization, Branding & Graphic Design, Social Media Marketing & Management, and Google & Meta Paid Advertising
• Manage follow-ups via calls, emails, and CRM tools
• Handle objections and negotiate pricing effectively
• Close deals independently and consistently
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
• Develop long-term relationships with clients

Mandatory Requirements

• Fluent English with excellent speaking and listening skills
• Strong understanding of American business culture
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in cold calling, lead nurturing, and deal closing
• Proven and verifiable sales performance, including monthly sales numbers, revenue generated, and consistent deal closures
• Strong knowledge of digital services
• Prior experience selling to USA-based clients
• Excellent objection-handling and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently without micromanagement

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using CRM platforms
• B2B outbound sales experience
• Digital agency background
• Neutral or American accent
