Job Description
Job Title: International Customer Support Executive
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday: 6:45 PM – 4:45 AM
Alternate Saturdays (Shift-based): 6:45 PM – 10:45 PM
Job Overview
Scaleup Connect is hiring International Customer Support Executives for one of its valued clients. This role involves handling international customers, making outbound calls when required, assisting clients with product information, and supporting the sales process. The ideal candidate should be confident, customer-focused, and have prior call center or international support experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to international customers when required
- Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently
- Support customers throughout the sales or service process
- Convert interested prospects into successful sales
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills
- Basic sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in night shifts
Education & Experience
- Education: Matriculation / Intermediate
- Experience: 1–2 years (International Customer Support, Outbound, or Call Center experience preferred)
