Job Description
Position Title: Fundraising Coordinator
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Karachi (Onsite)
Work Schedule:
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Saturday: Alternate working days

Role Summary
ScaleUp Connect is hiring a Fundraising Coordinator for its client to manage donor engagement, present program initiatives, and secure financial contributions. This role requires strong communication skills, persuasive presentation abilities, and the capacity to build long-term relationships with individual and organizational donors. The ideal candidate will be driven, confident, and able to meet fundraising targets while maintaining positive relationships with donors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential donors and conduct targeted outreach campaigns.
- Lead donor meetings, pitches, and presentations to communicate program goals and impacts.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with donors to secure recurring support.
- Actively participate in fundraising events, promotional drives, and field activations.
- Keep detailed records of donor interactions, commitments, and follow-up actions.
- Meet or exceed fundraising goals, KPIs, and campaign targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper donor documentation, marketing materials, and payment processing.
- Provide regular feedback to management on donor objections, market trends, and campaign performance.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in donor engagement and public interactions.
- Strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work towards targets and deadlines effectively.
Tools / Software Exposure
- Basic knowledge of spreadsheets and reporting tools.
Education
- Intermediate or Graduation (Both acceptable)
Experience
- 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Fresh candidates may be considered if they demonstrate the required skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Up to PKR 100,00 (based on experience).
- Incentives: Performance-based bonus on target achievement.
