Job Description
Lead and grow our regional sales team to achieve revenue targets and market share. You will develop sales strategies, manage key accounts, and coach field representatives across multiple territories. Monitor performance metrics, forecast sales, and coordinate with marketing and product teams to drive growth.
Require 5+ years sales leadership, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and proven ability to build high-performing teams. Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred. Travel within the region and proficiency in CRM tools required. Competitive salary and benefits.
