Job Description

Join Selecta Sol as a Call Center Quality Assurance (QA). Full-time, in-person role on night shift. Candidates must have at least 3 years of QA experience in a call center and be available for immediate start. Responsibilities include monitoring calls, evaluating agent performance, reporting quality metrics, and coaching for improvement. Compensation: Rs80,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month.
