Job Description
Join our marketing team as an Email Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist. You will design and execute targeted email campaigns, build and maintain segmented lead lists, implement automation and A/B tests, optimize deliverability and conversion, and collaborate with sales to nurture prospects.
Qualifications: 2+ years in email marketing or demand generation, strong copywriting and analytical skills, experience with ESPs and CRM platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign), familiarity with segmentation, tracking, and GDPR best practices, and a results-driven mindset.
