Job Description
Shafaq n Kami Salon is seeking a passionate and driven Customer Sales Representative (female) to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, addressing inquiries, converting leads, upselling services, and providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients through walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries
- Promote suitable services/packages
- Follow up on leads to drive conversions
- Log daily appointments and feedback
- Resolve complaints or escalate as needed
- Collaborate with the sales & marketing team
