Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Team Lead to manage and support our Customer Support team at Shafaq n Kami.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the CSR team to achieve targets.
- Monitor performance and provide coaching.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Implement ideas to improve efficiency.
- Uphold professionalism and company values.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, fluent in English & Urdu, 3-4 years of leadership experience, strong communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs45,00.00 – Rs60,00.00/month
