Job Description
Shafi&Sons is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The HR Assistant will play a vital role in managing daily administrative and HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll support, and compliance with labor laws.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, with 1-2 years of experience (internships included). Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Office and HRIS are essential.
