Job Description
Support accounts and finance: prepare vouchers, enter and post transactions in ERP, assist bank reconciliations, petty cash, AP/AR, vendor payments, MIS reports, and month-end tasks. Handle admin: records, filing, attendance, office supplies, asset inventory, vendor coordination, meeting rooms, travel, and event support. Coordinate with finance, HR, and branches; assist seniors with letters, memos, and reports. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance; fresh grads up to 1 year experience; basic accounting and Excel. Full-time, in-person.
