Job Description
Shalee Global is hiring a Customer Support Representative for our Lahore office. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in student counseling for the UK or Australia. If you are a quick learner with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide students on study abroad opportunities.
- Assist with the application process.
- Stay informed about UK universities.
- Build relationships with students and parents.
- Participate in educational fairs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1 year of experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace.
