Job Description
Shamojee Fabrics and Carpets seeks a motivated Business Development Officer to drive sales growth by identifying new clients, generating leads, conducting follow-ups, and coordinating showroom visits. You will prospect architects, builders, hospitality, government/private and retail sectors; contact clients via calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person visits; schedule meetings/showroom appointments; maintain CRM/ERP lead records; assist with quotations and proposals; coordinate with operations/logistics; and meet weekly and monthly activity targets. Requirements: 1–2 years in sales, retail, customer handling, or business development; strong communication and follow-up skills; CRM/ERP familiarity preferred; target-driven and comfortable with daily field visits. Full-time, in-person position.
