Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to support sales operations by assisting walk-in customers, coordinating showroom activities, managing inquiries, and supporting the sales team in daily tasks. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic sales knowledge, and the ability to assist customers effectively to ensure a smooth sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers at the showroom and understand their requirements.
• Support the sales team in handling inquiries from retail, corporate, and individual clients.
• Coordinate showroom visits and assist customers during product selection.
• Maintain customer and inquiry records in CRM/ERP or manual registers.
• Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and basic sales documentation.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, availability, and order status.
• Coordinate with warehouse/operations for stock availability and order delivery.
• Ensure proper display of products and maintain showroom cleanliness.
• Support achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Retail, or Customer Handling (preferred).
• Good communication and customer dealing skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales process and documentation.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Minimum education: F.A or F.Sc (any discipline).
• Willingness to work flexible hours as per showroom requirements.
