Shams & Brothers is seeking a proactive and organized Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the textile, fashion, or e-commerce sectors. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate deliveries, manage customer inquiries, update sales and inventory sheets, and support brand engagement.
Requirements: Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu, proficiency in MS Excel and digital communication tools, and strong customer focus.
