Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
- Maintain cleanliness of office premises including workstations, meeting rooms, and the reception area.
- Assist with document-related tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and organizing.
- Provide general support to administrative staff and other departments as neede
Qualifications:
- Minimum Education: Matric / FA (Intermediate) Pass
Required Skills & Attributes:
- Honest, respectful, and trustworthy
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Punctual and reliable with a positive attitude
- Basic understanding of office etiquette
