Job Description
Shark Technologies is seeking a skilled and motivated Team Lead to oversee our international outbound sales team in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi. This full-time on-site position is perfect for individuals with telesales experience or those with strong leadership potential and excellent English communication skills.
Responsibilities: Lead a team of sales agents, conduct call monitoring, provide feedback, and assist in closing deals.
Requirements: Fluent English, leadership focus, and previous sales experience is a plus. Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
Salary: PKR 75,00 – 100,00 plus commission.
