Job Description
Job Summary: Shelters Associates is seeking an Operations Executive to oversee cross-functional workflows and facilitate communication between departments. The candidate should be organized, proactive, and adept in multitasking within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for all departments.
- Coordinate interdepartmental communication.
- Monitor and optimize operational workflows.
- Assist in project management and reporting.
- Support process improvements and handle ad-hoc tasks.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in a similar role, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
Job Type: Full-time. Pay: Rs1.00 – Rs2.00 per month.
