Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team at SIAC Waste Management Services. You will manage daily attendance issues, monitor worker attendance records, and maintain employee files.

Your responsibilities include preparing monthly reports and facilitating bank account opening activities. You will also serve as the primary contact for employee grievances, ensuring smooth HR operations in rural and urban areas.

This position is based in either Chunian or Pattoki. A Bachelor’s degree (BBA in HR preferred) and 3-4 years of experience are required.
