Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Customer Service Assistant Manager to join our team at SIAR Digital.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate customer interactions for quality compliance.
- Provide feedback and coaching to agents.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Prepare evaluation reports for management.
- Develop training materials to enhance service quality.
- Support customer experience strategies.
- Resolve complex customer issues.
- Stay updated with product knowledge.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2-3 years in Quality Assurance.
Location: DHA Phase 1, Karachi, Pakistan.
Job Type: Full Time (Onsite)
Pay: Rs70,00.00 – Rs75,00.00 per month
