Job Description
Sigma Digital Solutions is seeking an HR Assistant for the morning shift. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and have experience in technical recruitment and teamwork.
Key responsibilities include:
- Screening and shortlisting applicants
- Arranging interviews and performing background checks
- Managing employee files and day-to-day operations
- Assisting in performance management and training development programs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of HRMS is a plus
Shift Timings: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM
Location: F-5/1, Evacuee Trust Complex, Islamabad
