Job Description
Sign Systems seeks a Purchase Officer responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring goods and services to ensure timely delivery, optimal cost, and quality. You will evaluate suppliers, obtain and compare quotes, prepare purchase orders, negotiate contracts and payment terms, monitor inventory, and maintain procurement records. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field, proven procurement experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, analytical ability, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems. Office-based role with occasional supplier visits. Full-time position; pay Rs35,00–Rs40,00 per month; in person.
