Job Description
Night-shift CSR (8:00 PM–5:00 AM) onsite at 491 Pak Block, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore. Manage calls, chat, and email for US customers with a strong American English accent. Requirements: 3 years CSR experience (packaging sales preferred), fluent American English, excellent verbal/written skills, confident on calls/chats/emails, multitasker, reliable commute. Full-time.
