Job Description
Join Simcoe IT as a Talent Acquisition Specialist!
Employment Type: Full-Time | Office-Based
Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift)
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Location: Near Misaqul Mall, Sheikhupura Road, Faisalabad
Salary: PKR 40,00 – 50,00 + Recurring Commission ($160 per placement)
Responsibilities:
- Source and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Collaborate with US teams for timely placements.
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2–3 years in US recruitment.
- Strong English communication skills.
