Job Description

Job Description: Merchandiser (Cash & Carry Store)

Job Title: Merchandiser

Department: Store Operations

Location: College Road, Lahore

Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Employment Type: Full-time | Office-Based

Off Days: 2 Offs per Month

Salary: PKR 60,00 – 70,00

Key Responsibilities

• Display products according to established merchandising standards
• Ensure shelves are properly aligned, clean, and well-organized
• Maintain attractive product layouts to enhance visibility and drive sales
• Refill shelves and ensure correct product placement at all times
• Verify pricing, labels, and promotional materials for accuracy
• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) practices and maintain stock rotation
• Identify damaged items, gaps, or low stock levels and report to the supervisor
• Coordinate with store and warehouse teams to ensure product availability
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in assigned sections
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Merchandiser in a Cash & Carry, wholesale, or retail store
• Strong knowledge of shelf alignment and product display standards
• Understanding of visual merchandising principles
• Presentable personality with good communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work long shifts and night hours
• Physically fit to handle standing, lifting, and shelf arrangement tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG or wholesale merchandising
• Knowledge of planograms and space management
• Basic understanding of inventory handling or reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
