Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive with experience in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting site visits, and closing sales by promoting our real estate projects through multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, warm calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms
- Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets
- Conduct tele-sales and follow up with potential clients regularly
- Arrange and attend project site visits with clients
- Visit clients to present offerings and close deals
- Schedule in-house meetings with clients and negotiate terms
- Maintain strong follow-up to convert leads into successful sales
- Develop and implement new sales and marketing strategies
- Identify new sales opportunities and market prospects
- Promote real estate projects via PR, social media, calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing clients

Experience Required

- Salary Range: PKR 60,00 – 70,00
