Job Description
Simply BPO is hiring a Final Expense Closer Customer Sales Representative (CSR) in Rawalpindi. Onsite role at 1st Floor, Save Mart (Above Save Mart), Bahria Phase 2. Interview timings: 3:00 PM–10:00 PM, Monday–Friday; contact +92 319 9911979. Schedule covers UK & USA hours. Pay PKR 100,00–150,00/month. Full-time position requiring 2 years FE closing experience. Responsibilities include closing final expense cases, handling client interactions via phone/email/chat, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering professional, empathetic, solution-oriented service. Requirements: bachelor’s degree preferred, excellent English communication, prior call center/customer service experience is a plus. In-person work in Rawalpindi.
