Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our sales team at Sky Globe Consultancy. This role involves making outbound calls to both potential and existing customers, promoting our products and services, and closing sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls using a prepared sales script.
- Introduce and explain company products/services.
- Persuade customers to make purchases or book appointments.
- Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records.
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
