Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and provide administrative support for smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors professionally.
- Maintain an organized reception area.
- Manage visitor logbooks and issue badges as needed.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Provide general administrative support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or similar role.
