Job Description
Skylight Codeworks seeks a full-time Upwork Bidder (onsite, Lahore) with 1.5–2 years’ experience in Upwork lead generation, proposal writing, connects management, and client conversion. You will identify high-potential jobs, craft tailored proposals optimized for keywords, manage connects and bidding strategy, handle client chats/calls, coordinate scope, timelines and pricing with technical teams, and track proposals in CRM. Required: strong Upwork algorithm knowledge, JSS maintenance, negotiation skills, and ability to meet bidding/conversion targets. Proficiency with Upwork, CRM tools, and Google Workspace/MS Office is required. Location: 3rd Floor, Square Feet Co-Working Space, Zam Zam Mall, Main GT Rd, Lahore.
