Job Description
The Customer Chat Support Associate will provide real-time chat assistance using Amazon CRM to resolve order, payment, shipment, product, and account inquiries. This full-time, in-person role offers Rs50,00–Rs100,00 per month. Candidates must have strong written communication, the ability to multitask across multiple chat sessions, basic e-commerce technical understanding, CRM familiarity (Amazon preferred), and strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills. Responsibilities include responding promptly to chat queries, updating and documenting customer records, escalating complex issues, and meeting daily metrics for response time, resolution, and customer satisfaction while following privacy, security, and quality guidelines.
