Job Description

We are seeking an Outbound Lead Generation Specialist to drive new business through targeted prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, and social selling. You will identify and qualify high-potential leads, book qualified meetings for the sales team, maintain accurate CRM records, and meet weekly and monthly pipeline targets. The ideal candidate has one to three years of B2B outbound or inside sales experience, strong communication and persuasion skills, familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools, and a data-driven mindset.
