Job Description:
We are hiring a Chat Support Executive for our on-site team in Ghari Town, Phase-05, Islamabad. This role is ideal for beginners or fresh candidates who have a good command of English and are comfortable communicating with clients primarily through chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client communication mainly via chat
- Occasionally attend client calls when required
- Update CRM accurately and on time
- Regular follow-ups with clients
- Maintain professional and clear written communication
- Ensure proper documentation of chats and client interactions
Requirements:
- Good written English communication (must)
- Computer skills – G-suite is a plus
- Can update CRM timely and accurately
- Responsible, punctual and detail-oriented
Job Details:
- Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
- Location: Ghari Town, Phase-05, Islamabad
