Job Description
SMA Visa Services PVT LTD is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to manage in-person client visits and timely support via WhatsApp, calls, and email. Responsibilities include greeting clients at the office, researching case details, maintaining records in MS Word and Excel, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering clear updates. Requirements: Intermediate (FA/FSc) education, proficiency in MS Word and Excel, strong verbal and written communication, organized and detail-oriented; experience with immigration/visa processes is a plus.
