Job Description
Smart Brains BPO is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QA Executive to join our Quality Assurance team in Shamsabad, Rawalpindi. The successful candidate will monitor calls, evaluate performance, and ensure compliance with internal and client standards to maintain high service quality.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor call adherence, provide feedback, report on QA metrics, and collaborate with operations and training teams.
Requirements: Minimum 1 year in QA roles, strong English, detail-oriented, MS Excel proficiency, and ability to work evening shifts (7 PM – 5 AM).
