Job Description
Smart Brains BPO is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Verifier for our US-based Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) campaign. As a Verifier, you will validate leads, confirm accident details, and pre-qualify clients for legal consultations. This role requires high accuracy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer calls from motor vehicle accident individuals.
- Verify and collect lead information.
- Confirm accident details.
- Screen claimants.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Escalate leads to legal intake team.
- Achieve performance metrics.
Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in BPO or related field. Strong verbal communication skills.
