Job Description
Join Smart Brains BPO as a Sales Verification Specialist verifying leads for US-based ACA, Medicare, MVA, and Final Expense campaigns. You will handle inbound/outbound calls to confirm eligibility, policy or accident details, and pre-qualify prospects. Candidates should have 1–2 years in BPO, healthcare, insurance, or US processes, excellent US-accent English, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with relevant terminology. This full-time role is in-person at I-9/3, Islamabad. We offer up to Rs80,00/month plus bonuses, pick & drop for female associates, free meals, and a growth-focused environment.
