Job Description
Smart Placement is seeking a dedicated Senior Reservation Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing individual, group, and corporate reservations through various channels while training and supervising junior staff. You will ensure bookings are accurately recorded, manage room availability, and communicate effectively with different departments.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management with 3–5 years of experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity. Proficiency in hotel reservation systems and strong communication skills are essential.
