Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Accounts Trainee to join our finance department for a 3-month internship. This role is ideal for recent graduates with a background in commerce or finance, providing an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in accounting while contributing to the operations of our engineering company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and invoices.
- Perform data entry for daily accounting transactions.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Prepare financial reconciliations and other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance or related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
