Job Description

SmartTalent is seeking a passionate Manager Customer Experience to lead our high-volume, omnichannel support team across voice, email, chat, and social media. You’ll drive team performance and ensure seamless, memorable customer journeys during busy sales events and seasonal campaigns.

Requirements:

– 5-7 years in eCommerce customer service.

– Proven leadership in CX teams and operations.

– Strong analytical skills (CSAT, NPS, FCR, AHT, TAT).

– Passion for coaching and operational excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,00.00 – Rs200,00.00/month
