Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Hunting on Upwork: Actively search and secure projects.
- Proposal Writing: Craft compelling proposals to attract clients.
- Client Communication: Manage communications and conduct discovery calls.
- Pitching & Negotiation: Pitch ideas and negotiate terms and pricing.
- Project Management: Ensure project scope and quality are met.
- Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends.
- Reporting & KPIs: Maintain bid records and performance metrics.
Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Required Experience: 3-5 Years
