Job Summary
SMB Services is looking for a motivated and experienced Upwork Bidder to manage bidding activities on Upwork and other freelancing platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant projects, submitting effective proposals, and generating quality leads aligned with the company’s services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork in line with company services
- Prepare customized, professional, and effective proposals
- Communicate with potential clients and follow up on submitted bids
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
- Maintain records of bids, leads, and client responses
- Achieve assigned lead generation and conversion targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Upwork guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive
- Strong proposal writing and communication skills in English
- Good understanding of Upwork bidding strategies
- Ability to work independently during evening/night shifts
- Target-oriented with strong time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in bidding for Finance & Accounting services is an advantage
- Familiarity with accounting services such as bookkeeping, payroll, or taxation is a plus
- Experience with other freelancing platforms (Bark, Freelancer, Fiverr) is an added benefit
