Job Description
Join SMJ International Industries Pvt Ltd as a Sales Officer Trainee supporting field sales operations. You will assist promotional campaigns, dealer meetings, and market activation; prepare daily/weekly sales reports; conduct market visits to monitor competitors and trends; identify new dealers; and achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Candidates must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned region, proficient in MS Office, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills. Require 1-3 years of field sales experience (battery/automotive preferred) and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Full-time, in-person position.
