Job Description

Marketing Strategist (Forex & Crypto Prop Firms)

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and execution focused Marketing Strategist who understands the Forex and Crypto Prop Firm space. This role is not just about ideas but about turning concepts into high-performing ads. You will be responsible for building complete marketing strategies, creating winning creatives, scripting ads, coordinating shoots, managing talent, and running paid campaigns across Meta platforms.

This role suits someone who lives and breathes performance marketing and understands trader psychology.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning

• Develop end-to-end marketing strategies for Forex and Crypto Prop Firms
• Research competitor ads, funnels, and offers
• Identify winning angles, hooks, and messaging for traders
• Plan monthly and weekly ad strategies with clear KPIs

Creative Direction

• Come up with high-converting creative ideas for image and video ads
• Write short-form ad scripts for Reels, Shorts, and feed ads
• Guide the shoot process to ensure content matches the strategy
• Work closely with editors to finalize high-quality ad creatives
• Continuously test new hooks, formats, and storytelling styles

Talent & Shoot Management

• Coordinate and manage models or on-camera talent
• Brief talent clearly on scripts, tone, and delivery
• Ensure shoots align with brand image and compliance requirements

Paid Advertising

• Launch, manage, and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Analyze performance metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS, and retention
• Optimize creatives, audiences, and budgets based on data
• Test multiple creatives and angles systematically

Collaboration & Growth

• Work closely with founders and internal teams
• Share insights, performance reports, and improvement plans
• Stay updated with trends in prop firm marketing, crypto, and trading ads

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in marketing Forex or Crypto related brands
• Strong understanding of trader psychology and offers
• Experience creating video-first ad strategies
• Solid knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
• Scriptwriting skills for short, engaging ad content
• Ability to manage creatives, editors, and talent
• Data-driven mindset with creative intuition

Bonus Skills

• Experience scaling prop firm ads
• Understanding of compliance in financial advertising
• Familiarity with TikTok and YouTube Shorts ads
• Experience working with influencers or UGC creators
