Job Description
Softvira is seeking a Customer Support Specialist with expertise in USA taxation to assist clients with their tax-related inquiries and ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of U.S. tax laws and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer support, resolve issues, and maintain high-quality communication. Guide clients on tax compliance requirements and support them in using tax software.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; proven customer support experience; exceptional communication skills.
