Are you an English communication wizard? Sourcecode Software House is hiring Customer Support Representatives to join our dynamic team!
Location: PECHS Block 3, Tariq Road
Shift Timings: 12 pm to 9 pm & 9 pm to 6 am
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly support via phone, email, and chat.
- Efficiently resolve customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Collaborate on troubleshooting complex issues.
Qualifications: Strong communication skills, customer service experience, ability to multitask.
